Terms of Trade

1. Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with I953 LTD, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX (company number 10822076).

2. Orders and pricing

A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before charging you, and you can cancel.

Multi-buy pricing is applied automatically at checkout. It is not a time-limited promotion and there is nothing to enter.

3. Pre-orders and allocations

Reserving a pre-order allocation does not charge you. Payment is taken when your allocation ships.

You can cancel a pre-order at any point before dispatch at no cost. If we cannot fulfil an allocation, we cancel it and tell you why.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us and we replace it.

5. Returns, refunds and the guarantee

Return windows are set per product and are shown on the product page. Contact us and we will confirm the window that applies to your order before you send anything back.

Whatever that window is, your statutory rights come first. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a cancellation right on distance sales, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits either.

6. Trade accounts

Approved trade accounts buy under the same terms, with Net 30 payment and case-level returns.

Trade purchases are business-to-business, so consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Case returns are agreed with your account manager instead.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
