Vetted Guarantee
A Vetted badge means one thing precisely: we ran this product for 100 days in service before we listed it, and the claim on the page is the claim we observed. It is a statement about the testing, not a returns policy.
How it works
100 days in service, before listing
Not a bench test and not a weekend. The product is used for 100 days in the environment it is sold for, by people doing the job for a living.
It performed the way we printed it
The claim on the listing is the claim we observed across that trial. If it does not do that for you, that is our error in describing it, not your misuse.
We record every failure
When a product does not hold up for a customer, it is logged against the listing. Enough of them and it goes back into review, whatever that costs us.
You keep the write-up
If a product is later delisted, the original write-up and the reason for delisting both stay online. We do not quietly delete a mistake.
What we commit to
- Every listing states the trial it went through.
- Review stock is bought at retail price, never gifted.
- A delisting notice is published on the product's own page.
- Returns are handled by a person — the window depends on the product, so ask us.
